Automatic Magnetic Palletiser with Pantograph System UNI400

An automatic machine with magnetic head for palletising empty and full cans, full jars and bottles with metal caps, featuring low-level loading with a transfer layer structure made of painted carbon steel featuring vertical and horizontal motions. A telescopic version is also available.

Depalletiser with High-Level Discharge UNI550

A depalletiser for cans, bottles and glass jars with high-level discharge.

The operator places the pallet at the machine infeed and manually removes the protective film. Then he/she presses the confirmation button. The pallet is automatically transferred into the machine lifted. The layer is automatically pushed to the discharge conveyor by a motorised bar or box-type translator. The layer-pad is removed manually by the operator or, as an option, by an automatic layer-pad removing system. At outfeed the depalletised containers are aligned in a single row by an aligner, supplied as a option.
